​My name is Edgar Martinez, RA, NCARB, REALTOR® and I am the Founder & President of Martinez Architecture Studio, P.C. (MAS).

 

I am a passionate architect based out of New York's Hudson Valley, dedicated to creating spaces that are both functional and inspiring. I started MAS in 2024 after nearly a decade of experience in the field, driven by a desire to bridge the gap between design creativity and real-world, efficient solutions all while offering exceptional value.

At MAS, I believe that architecture isn’t just about building structures—it’s about creating environments that shape the way people live, work, and interact. Whether I’m designing a small home addition, an entirely new home, a singular office space, or an entire building, I approach each project with the same level of care, understanding, and attention to detail. I meet clients exactly where they are, aligning with their needs, project goals, and budgets.

My journey in architecture began at a young age when I started drawing floor plans on grid paper, dreaming of a future where I could design and build. With a background in architecture from The University at Buffalo and international study experiences, I bring a global perspective to local design challenges.

 

MAS is more than just a design firm—I am your problem-solving partner. I work closely with clients to ensure that their needs are met while delivering spaces that are both beautiful and functional. My approach is grounded in collaboration and communication, ensuring that we’re all aligned and working together to create something truly special.
